I'm getting really into long shirts now. And no it's not because it's cold. I just like how they look on me. I want a gum membership but I don't want to go alone who wants to go with me. I need a work out buddy. It is suppose to keep pushing forward to better yourself. I really love chicken. I know chicken is. Not the best for you but I don't care i only live once way waste it.  There are lots of stories where someone stays active eats right and still ends up have a heart attack and die. If I am going to get heart attack let it be on my terms.

  1. I have never liked workout partners. More often than not they will cause you to fail. The reason for that is because they usually aren't as interested as you might be and they almost always quit. That is why some people use trainers. It's not because they know how to workout, it's because they will show up. If for no other reason than to get paid. Personally I believe in finding your own drive and determination. If you can't find it in your self then the difficulties you encounter will easily dissuade you from continuing your pursuit for a healthier lifestyle.

    You can die of anything. The fittest person in the world could be hit by a train. Being fit and healthy shouldn't be all about living longer. It should be about happiness and about being a role model. If working out, being able to do things you wouldn't other wise be able to do doesn't make you happy, it won't last. Anybody you read about or see that has a life revolving around fitness is because it makes them happy. Being fit allows some people to be more active with their children and that makes them happy. If you are happy the way you are then stay the way you are.
